Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 6 cup s powdered sugar

Directions

In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, and butter 3 minutes or until smooth, scraping bowl occasionally with rubber spatula. Reduce speed to low. Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, and beat at low until blended. Increase speed to high and beat 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and fluffy. On low speed, beat 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder into cream cheese frosting until well blended.
